Robert Granison Good, age 84 of Kettering, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025. He was born April 19, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Virgil and Velma Good. Robert graduated from Withrow High School. He served his Country in the United States Air Force and made it his career, being enlisted from 1960 to 2001 and earning the rank of Master Sergeant. Robert retired after working 32 years in Skilled Trades for both the United States Air Force and General Motors. He was a member of the Masons, The Scottish Rite, and the Shriners. Robert was a very handy and skilled person. He genuinely enjoyed working with his hands and fixing things for his family and friends. He loved spending time on the beach. He was a devoted Husband, Father, and Grandfather. Robert will be deeply missed.

Robert is survived by his Son, Stephen M. (Jill) Good; Daughters, Angie (Glenn) Harville, Susanne E. (Dan) Dickerhoof, Faith Meckley, and Chrissy Good; Grandsons,Ben Dickerhoof, and Elijah Harville; Granddaughters, Nikki (Angela) Storer, Leia Holycross, Emily (Evan) Nolan, Laura (Sean) Lehman, Samantha (Sam) Impavido, Sabrina Good, and Sarah Good; Great-Grandchildren, Archie Lehman, and Margot Lehman; and by numerous other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his Wife of 38 years, Ruth Ann Good, Sister, Carolyn J. Newman, and his Parents.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 13th from 12:00PM until the time of the Service at 1:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home - Centerville (820 Miamisburg - Centerville Rd., Dayton, OH 45459). To share a memory of Robert or leave a special message for his family, please visit the Guestbook below.
