Robert was in the United States Air Force where he retired after 23 years of service to his country. During his service he was deployed to Spain and the Philippines and was a diving instructor in the Philippines and the Caribbean. He was scuba instructor with Padi for 20 years. Robert worked for 14 years at Advanced Medical Solutions as an Orthopedic Technician retiring in February of 2025. In his early years he worked on a cattle ranch in Nebraska where he learned many life traits.
Robert had many hobbies. He was an avid scuba diver. He was a wood worker where he made bowls, pens, lawn chairs, and tables. He loved to travel and enjoyed camping and kayaking especially with the boys from the Boy Scouts of America which he worked with for 9 years. Robert loved his 4 Chow Chows.
Robert was adopted at the age of 13 by the Green family. His birth name was Anderson.
Survivors include his children, Melissa Green, Tiffany Green, Amanda Green, and Richard Green; his grandson Matthew Green.
