Passed away on September 24, 2025 at the age of 83.
Predeceased by his parents, William & Elma Heywood; and daughters, Jacqueline L. Williams & Susan A. Inglese.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ursula Heywood; children, Monika Guernsey, John Rosecrans, Michelle Hohler, Linda (Wilfred) Barnes, Dawn (Larry) Spencer, & Robert Heywood Jr.; grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Robert proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years.
Family will receive friends from 4-7pm on Wednesday, October 1 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.
A graveside service will be held at 11am on Thursday, October 2, at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd. A luncheon will follow the burial at 2pm at Oak Orchard Estates, 3320 Oak Orchard Rd. Albion, NY 14411
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Orleans County Veteran Service, NY-31, Albion, NY 14411
