Robert Lee Holt

Robert "Caveman" Lee Holt, 62, went to be with the Lord on May 19, 2025.

Robert enjoyed spending his time working on things such as lawn mowers and cars. He loved getting bossed around and "taking grief" from his "Daddy Bobby and Momma Charlene". Above all, he loved spending time with his family and his dog, Boo Boo.

Preceded in death by his father, Alex Holt; mother, Betty Wacaster; son, Robbie Lawson; brothers, Leonard Holt and Charles Holt; grandsons, Travis Lee Hyatt and Anthony Lamar Queen; and great grandson, Kayson Jay Ledford.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa Dean Proctor-Holt; children, Sarah Welch (Michael Daffner), Charlene Welch (Robert), Cherrie Blackwell (Tony), Robin Burton, and Bobby Holt (Kelsey); grandchildren, Martin Welch (Ashley), Trenton Welch, Travanna Daffner, Shera Holt, Callie Hyatt, Brian Hyatt, Diliah Blackwell, Serenity Holt, Cayden Holt, Sophia Holt, Aleeah Holt, and Paislee Holt; great grandchildren, Felicity Holt, Hayden Holt, Kayslynn Holt, and Brantley Welch; brother, Danny Wacaster; sister, Rachel Tipton (Charles); and many other loved family and friends.

A Funeral will be held on Sunday, May 25th at Companion Funeral Home of Athens at 1:00pm. A Visitation will be held prior from 12:00pm-1:00pm. A Graveside Service will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery in Tellico Plains, TN.
