Robert was born on August 2, 1960 and passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019. Robert was a resident of Lynn, Arkansas at the time of passing. He retired from the United States Navy as a Damage Control Senior Chief Petty Officer having served 26 years and18 days. Funeral services will be Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Tracy Grissom officiating. Burial will follow in the P&P Cemetery at Lynn. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
