Robert Leo “Bob” Indyk, 58, of McKeesport, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Bob was born August 9, 1967 in McKeesport and was the step-son of Harry Ruh. He was a proud member of Laborers Union Local 1058, and also worked as a heavy equipment operator, and earlier in life was a skilled meat cutter for the former Scozio’s stores. Bob loved time away at his family’s home at Conneaut Lake. In his younger years, he enjoyed jet skiing and riding dirt bikes. He absolutely hated roller coasters, but had deep love of music. Rock was his favorite, especially KISS and AC/DC, though he appreciated some hip hop too. He was a lover of food and pizza, The Elbow Room and Mineo’s were his favorites for pizza. Bob also enjoyed relaxing with his favorite TV shows, including Sons of Anarchy, Two and a Half Men, Married… with Children, and The Sopranos. Bob could always be found on his phone, talking with friends and family, and was usually not seen without his phone in hand. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Indyk; his ex-wife, Amy Indyk; and many friends throughout the McKeesport and Pittsburgh area. There will not be any visitation and his funeral service will be private. Arrangements are by the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak (412) 672-6322 Troy J.
