Survivors include one brother, Charles Raymond Isham of Harrodsburg and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: James M. Isham and C.H. Isham and two sisters: Aline Matherly and Louise Rogers.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Jordan Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery with Brent Steele, Jeremy Matherly, Patrick Bast, Eli Rogers, Chase Rogers serving as pallbearers and Troy Rogers, Billy Matherly, William Rogers, Timmy Rogers, Robby Rogers, John Rogers, Rita Kay Rogers, Eddie Bast, Tammy Bast, Debbie Steele, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, and Great-Great Nieces and Great-Great Nephews serving as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and after 7:00 a.m. Thursday at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon's International, P.O. Box 176, Harrodsburg, Ky 40330.
