It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Robert Karczewski, a lifelong resident of Bayonne. He passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Wayne, with his loving family by his side on December 12, 2024, he was 83.
Robert was a man of faith, creativity, and unwavering dedication. He was known for his boundless love for the Lord, his passion for art and music, and remarkable talent for building and creating.
A devout Christian, Robert devoted his life to serving God and sharing His love with those around him. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, and his love for the Lord inspired all who knew him. Through his example, he taught us the importance of living with purpose.
He loved playing his guitar, whether it was playing in church or simply sharing a favorite song with family or having worship time alone with God, it was a source of happiness to him and those who heard it.
A gifted artist and builder, Robert had a unique ability to create beauty from nothing. Whether it was through painting, woodworking, or constructing something with his hands, he found joy in bringing his ideas to life. His creations were more than just objects; they were expressions of his love and his desire to leave a lasting mark on the lives of those he loved.
His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched through his music, his art, his craftsmanship, and the unshakable foundation of faith he left for us all to follow. He was a man who gave freely of his heart, and his love will continue to resonate in our lives for years to come.
Robert was a devoted husband to Margaret, and a loving father to Veronica and her husband Alphonse, Kim, and Dawn and her husband Steve. He was also a cherished grandfather to 7 grandchildren: Alphonse, Ashley, Marissa, Rachel, Katelyn, Gianna, and Aaron and to 3 great grandchildren: Ellie Rose, Adalyn Rae, and Leopoldo and a loving brother to Ronald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Robert's memory to his family church, Grace Bible Fellowship (15 West 21st St. Bayonne, NJ.) or to Samaritan's Purse (samaritanspurse.org). You may also leave condolences for the family on Robert's obituary page at www. MigliaccioFuneralHome.com.

I am so sorry to hear about Bob's passing. He was genuinely a man of faith and I always enjoyed our talks about our common health issues. I also appreciated the prayers he gave to me and my family. Bob always put others first even while dealing with his own struggles. Rest in peace my friend you will be missed.
