Robert Leo Kaveny Jr.

Robert "Bob" Leo Kaveny Jr., 79 of Oxford, Florida passed away on November 27, 2025. He was born in Canandaguia, New York on February 6, 1946, to Robert Leo Sr. and Dorothy Kaveny. He was a very intelligent, kind, and a generous man who proudly served his country in the US Navy on the USS Salamonie. He was Catholic in his faith and enjoyed traveling, doing woodwork, fine wines, dining, and discussing politics and finances. He is survived by his wife of 60 years; Marilyn Kaveny of Oxford, Florida; nephews: Adam (Jennifer) Nims of Hartford, New York and Chad Nims of Queensbury, New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Kaveny and his sisters: Margaret Nims and Susan Kaveny. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.purcellfuneralhome.com.
