Robert Kovach

Robert Kovach, a devoted husband, proud father and grandfather, and beloved brother, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on February 21, 1935, in Franklin, New Jersey, Robert lived a full and honorable life marked by dedication, quiet strength, and love for his family. A U.S. Navy veteran, Robert served his country with pride before beginning a long and successful career as an engineer at Schering-Plough Company. He married the love of his life, Jacqueline, with whom he shared over 65 wonderful years of marriage until her passing. Robert found joy in the simple things: working around the house, tending to his garden, casting a line while fishing, and cheering on his favorite baseball teams. He was known for his steady presence, his kind heart, and his devotion to those he loved. He is survived by his brother Richard Kovach, his sister Sharon Sizemore, his daughter Teri Malone (Todd), and his son David Kovach. He was a proud grandfather to Kelsey Bishop (Cody) and Brody Malone, and a cherished great-grandfather to Carson Malone, Cassidy Malone, Sophia Brassfield, and Kaden Brassfield. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Jacqueline Kovach, his brother Jerry Kovach, and his parents Frank Kovach and Emma Bertha Eidukot. Robert's life was a quiet testament to loyalty, family, and hard work. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Tullahoma Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
