Robert Wayne Kurczaba, 71, of Oldsmar, Florida, passed away on September 14, 2025.

He was born on June 29, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois. Robert graduated from Big Bend and later earned a degree in Sociology from St. Petersburg Community College.

Robert proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. After his military service, he dedicated his career to helping others through his work in substance abuse counseling at Morton Plant Hospital. His compassion and commitment left a lasting impact on the lives of many.

He was a proud member of the VFW and had many passions throughout his life. Robert enjoyed working on cars, playing poker, watching sports, studying history, and always found joy in joking around with those he loved. The love of Robert's life was Donna Kedrowski. Together they created a beautiful family.

Robert is survived by his children, Frank and Mila Kedrowski of Sanford, FL; Josephine Hogsten and Robert Haire of Oldsmar, FL; and Robert and Marie Kurczaba of Moses Lake, WA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Chantel, Bianca, Savanna, Frank, Connor, Julius, Kim, Amari, Aleena, and Aisley; his great-grandchildren, Ayden, Delaney, and Avery; and his siblings, brother Pat Ballo of Chicago, IL; sister Josephine Manning of The Villages, FL; and sister Barbara Joyce Matlock of The Villages, FL.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.
