October 10, 1950 – April 15, 2025
Robert "Bob" Kurzatkowski passed away peacefully on April 15, 2025. Bob was born on October 10, 1950, in Stamford, to Matthew and Julie Kurzatkowski. He spent over 40 years as a dedicated systems analyst for Pitney Bowes, where he was admired for his work ethic and gentle demeanor.
Bob had a deep love for travel, and alongside his beloved wife Lucille, he embarked on countless adventures around the world. Together, they explored diverse cultures and created a lifetime of cherished memories. Among his favorite destinations were Venice, Italy, Iguazu Falls on the Brazil–Argentina border and the Galápagos Islands.
Bob is survived by his wife, "sweetie pie" and best friend of 44 years, Lucille, and their beloved cat, Otis. He is also survived by his Aunt Helen Koczeniak, brother-in-law Frank Chambers, sisters-in-law Claire Chambers and Kathy Kurzatkowski; and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew and Julie, as well as his brothers Matt, Frank, and Ray. He is also predeceased by his sisters-in-law, Janice Chambers Isentol and Mitzi Chambers.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at
