Robert Augustus Lasco

LASCO, Robert Augustus - Age 92, of Fenton, died Monday, December 31, 2012 at Caretel Inns of Linden. Services will be held at a later date. Robert was born in Taylorville, Illinois the son of the late Gus and Margaret (Kain) Lasco. He married Josephine Bailey in Taylorville, IL on February 7, 1942 and she preceded him in death on May 2, 2002. Robert was a 1938 graduate of Flint Northern High School and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Corp serving during WWII. He was employed by General Motors in skilled trades for 32 years until his retirement in 1981. Robert had lived in the Fenotn are since 1951. Surviving are his 3 sons, Robert B. Lasco of Gettysburg, PA, Phillip J. Lasco (Ilene) of Fenton, Daniel L. Lasco of Seattle, WA; 7 grandchildren, Todd, Kelly, Aimee, Kari, Margaret, Matthew, Jay; 12 great-grandchildren.
