Robert was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Herman and Olga Lescelius, and his first wife, Delores Irene Lescelius; his second wife, Melda Elizabeth Lescelius. His legacy continues through his loving family: sons Robert Lescelius, Jr. (Nilsa) and Jonathan Lescelius; grandchildren Donald Sean Lescelius, Robert Christopher Lescelius, and Monica Renee Thompson; and great-grandchildren Deanna Rose Lescelius, Sofia Renee Lescelius, and Sean David Thompson.
Services to honor Dr. Lescelius will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 2 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Dr. David Dickerson and Dr. Alan Gaddy officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
In this time of sorrow, may we find solace in the cherished memories of a man who devoted his life to faith, family, and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
