Robert David Lively

Robert David Lively, 82, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026 at his home in Ellijay, GA. He lived most of his life in the Midway Community of Forsyth County, and was a member of Longstreet Baptist Church and the Ducktown Masonic Lodge #572.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Kathryn Lively and brothers, Lamar and Jerry Lively; in-laws, L.A. and Josephine Jackson, and also brothers-in-law, Mike and Keith Jackson.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Nancy Ann (Jackson) Lively; sons, Jeff and Jason Lively; 5 grandchildren, Katie, Brooke, Jordan, Joshua Lively, Kallie Lively Price and Cameron Price; and great grandchild, Cassandra Kuny; brother, Mickey and Dorothy Lively, William and Ruth Lively; sister, Mary Lively; sister-in-law, Lynn Lively; sisters-in-law, Loretta Chastain and Norma and Gene Ray; brother-in-law, Curtis Jackson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 17, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Padgett officiating. He will be laid peacefully to rest at Longstreet Baptist Church Cemetery surrounded by loved ones.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family are requested to defray medical expenses.
