Bob was such a vibrant personality around Lake Mandarin in a Vero Beach. He and Connie loved their dogs and walked the neighborhood chit chatting with everyone along the way. If they werent walking you could find them in their trusty golf cart perusing Fortunella Circle just checking things out. Bob will be sorely missed by many in our community. We will miss all your humor. Rest In Peace Bob
