Ruth Ann MacIntosh, 49, of Glasgow, Kentucky was welcomed into Heaven on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
Born on March 17th, 1976, in Pensacola, Florida, Ruth was the daughter of Tom Ward and the late Cathy Sue Conaway.
Beyond being a loving wife and mother, Ruth will be remembered for her kind heart and adventurous spirit, finding joy in caring for animals, exploring the beauty of nature, and sharing her creativity with those around her.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband and soulmate Russ MacIntosh, children Tanner Hadley and Zoë Scott; 3 Brothers Timmy Deckard (Carla), Ricky Deckard (Melissa) and Scott Deckard (Tracy); sister Melissa Trout; stepfather Ronnie Staruch, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Cathy Sue Conaway, and 2 uncles Marty Anderson and Wayne Anderson.
Visitation will be held at A.F Crow & Son Funeral Home in Glasgow, Kentucky on August 29th, 2025, at 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Saturday morning until time for the service. The funeral service will be August 30th, at 3:00 PM with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Slick Rock.
Ruth will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
