Robert "Bob" Manley passed away on May 29, 2025 in Simi Valley, California at the age of seventy-six. He had a very full life having started a career as a mechanical draftsman, being drafted into the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era and then going back to college after the Army to study computer science. This was just the beginning of what turned into a thirty year career as a computer engineer. A field in which he excelled greatly.

Upon retirement, he was able to enjoy spending time with his family and his love of horse riding. He became the best "Gateman" while volunteering in the equestrian community and truly transformed his life by becoming a cowboy from a past era. Bob could fix anything and he freely helped his friends and family whenever they needed him to.

He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen; sons, Brian and Chris Manley; daughters in law, Jennifer and Corey Manley; grandchildren, Rhiannon, Severin and Auldin; two brothers and a sister.

Bob made many friends in his seventy-six years. His family will miss him a lot and he will forever be the guardian for them.

My heart tore in pieces when Ms Manley let me know the news! I peared into the truck and saw you not! From one veteran to another, God be with you! P.S., will always have the heaviest bales saved for you! Love you brother!
