Robert Manus Obituary
Born on December 14, 1971, in Corydon, IN, Robert was the son of Evelyn Manus and the late Mike Manus. He spent 29 dedicated years working as a concrete worker for WCT, where he was known for his strong work ethic and loyalty.
Robert shared 33 wonderful years with his wife, Pamela (Clifford) Manus. Together, they made their home in Clarksville, where they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Robert was a man of the outdoors-he enjoyed fishing, kayaking, mushroom hunting, and relaxing with a cold beer. He had a natural way of connecting with people and truly never met a stranger.
He is preceded in death by his father, Mike Manus; step-father, Thomas T. Hartlerolde; and brothers, Richard Manus and Randall Manus.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Manus; mother, Evelyn Manus; daughter, Marissa (Tyler) Bye-Manus; brother, Sam Manus; step-sons, James Melton and Charles Melton; grandchildren, Lucas Cox, Taylyn Cox, Jensen Cox, Autumn Melton, and Kiara Rudolph. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Robert was a kind, generous man with a big heart. His spirit of giving will live on through his selfless decision to be an organ donor-a final act of love that exemplifies who he was.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey, IN.
Funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM.
Cremation will take place after the service.
