Robert Marrazzi

Robert Marrazzi, age 82, of Plain City, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on February 21, 2026.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Robert lived a life defined by service, hard work, and deep devotion to his family. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 20 years before retiring with honor. He continued his dedication and craftsmanship at General Electric's Lamp Plant in Circleville, Ohio, where he worked for 24 years before retiring in 2002.

Robert embraced a full and active life. He loved spending time outdoors-especially golfing, fishing, and camping. Robert was an active member in the local American Legion Post 248. He was also a passionate football fan, faithfully cheering for his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes each season.

Robert is preceded in death by his father Dr. Amedeo S. Marrazzi, mother Dr. Rose Netter, and sister Mary Ann Marrazzi, PhD.

Above all, Robert cherished his family. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Joyce Marrazzi; his children Melissa (Charles) Rutter, Andrea (Chuck) Reed, and Anthony (Jenni) Marrazzi; and his grandchildren Chelsey Thomas, Vincent Starner, Alissia Reed, Anna Marrazzi, Amedeo Marrazzi, and Myles Marrazzi; and three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. As well as his very dear friends.

He will be remembered for his strength, humor, and the unwavering love he showed to those around him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 10 AM-12PM at Ferguson Funeral Home 202 East Main Street Plain City, Ohio 43064 with the funeral service immediately following at Noon. Full military honors will follow at Forest Grove Cemetery Plain City, Ohio.
