As a school mate at Jackson Park...

He was my friend for three of my 4 years at the Academy and well beyond graduation. He came to and participated in my wedding all the way to South Dakota. Only your real friends travel to middle of nowhere with nothing to see or do beyond darts at local watering hole. He was the most annoyingly supportive and brutally honest guy I knew at school. Will pray for the relief from grief for his family and celebrate that he had the honor of serving his sons as their father and his wife as husband and his country as a US Army Officer. Be Thou at Peace.

I knew Bob at West Point. Great guy. A little loud, he strongly let you know his opinion, and we loved him. I can hear is hardy voice now, Hi, I´m Bob Maisie". Rest in Peace Bob.

Bob was a true friend, classmate and Army buddy. Outwardly irrascible, inwardly devoted. He showed his highest quality when others were in need. He will be missed. See you on the high ground my friend.
