Memorial service for Robert Wayne McClain, 19, of Lawton, OK will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Union Baptist Church, 1601 Charles Whitlow Ave, with G. L. Wilbourn officiating.

Robert passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Robert was born on February 19, 2006 in Lawton, OK to Kenneth McClain and Elizabeth Bynum. He grew up in Lawton, attending school at Flower Mound Elementary, MacArthur Middle and High School, graduating in 2024. During his time at MacArthur, he was active in many sports including wrestling, football, soccer and his favorite, tennis. After graduation, he attended Cameron University where he was enrolled in the nursing program. Robert was a hard worker, helping his grandparents at the family farm and earning his own money at 7 Brew Coffee shop. He loved the outdoors, going hunting and fishing, and cooking. Robert lived his life to the fullest and was always up for a new adventure or experience. He loved to talk and connect with people and was always kind, courteous, and respectful to everyone he met.

He is survived by his parents Elizabeth Bynum, Kenneth and Stephanie McClain; his siblings, Kasen McClain, Skylar Harvey, Sophia Harvey, Kenneth McClain, Jr., Jeremy McClain, Kamryn Hunter, Kyanah Taylor, Maliah Thomas, Ethan Lewis, and Elijah Lewis; his grandparents, Garry and Patti Bynum, and Robert and Jerlene McClain; his girlfriend, Allison Cooper; and many other loving family members and friends.
