HUDSON-Robert William McNett Jr, age 83, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family. Robert was born on June 22 ,1942, in Tecumseh to Robert and Audrey (Turner) McNett. On September 5, 1986, Robert married the love of his life, Linda (Hanning) Austin, in Adrian.

Bob was employed at Brazeway manufacturing in Adrian for over 36 years. He expressed his love for God by Faithfully attending the Medina Federated Church. His continued commitment to his family continued in his later years as he followed his grandchildren and even his great grandchildren in the things they enjoyed. In his free time Bob was outside he might be hunting or fishing, target shooting and playing a scratch game of golf. No matter what he was doing he wanted it to be the best it could be.

He is survived by his loving wife Linda, two sons, Brian McNett and Corey (Amanda) McNett, two daughters, Amy (Nancy) Defrancesco and Mindy (Bill) Roberts. Daughter in-law Beth McNett Grandchildren Andrew McNett, Brandon (Tara) VanMeter, Megan McNett, Atley McNett, Ashley (Ken) Sledge, Adam Westgate, Logan Wielfaert, Austin Roberts and Aiden Roberts, and great grandchildren Cali and Seth VanMeter, Kenny, Kenley, and Khloe Sledge Brycen Westgate, Sydney McNett. Robert was preceded in his death by his parents, son Brent McNett three Brothers Chuck, Roger and Tim McNett.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the Marry Funeral Home, Hudson, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am. Pastor Darren Lemmon will officiate. Interment will be private in Medina Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Lenawee or Medina Federated Church. Friends can express sympathies to the family online by visiting the tribute wall at www.marryfh.com. Arrangements have been made with the guidance of the Marry Funeral Home, Hudson.
