Robert Miletta Obituary

Robert J. Miletta, 69, of Bridgeport, passed away at his home, surrounded by love. Born in Syracuse, raised in East Syracuse, he was the proud son of the late Bernard and Joan Miletta. A professional driver, Bob imparted life's "rules of the road" to his sons and gave them many cherished memories as their youth softball coach. After a 1997 accident left him quadriplegic, his 26 years of unyielding courage, perseverance, and love for his family inspired all.
Bob leaves behind his wife Peggy, of 42 years; sons, Nathanial (Sarah) and Kyle (Elizabeth); sister, Donna (David) Richie; brother, Michael; grandchildren, Norah, Vivian, and Maxwell; and many dear nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 10th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Rd., Minoa. The service will follow the calling hours. The burial will be at Bridgeport Cemetery.
