Robert Anthony Moratelli born July 16, 1958 to the late Lorenzo and Ellen Moratelli, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 4, 2024.
He was the beloved father to Robert and Victoria (Amy). He was the baby brother to Elaine and Lauren Forgnoni (Ronald); cherished uncle to Stacy, Vicki, Jennifer (Mike), Angie; great uncle to Chase, Chandler, Hallie and Hunter and the beloved nephew to Pauline Tamanini and many cousins. He was predeceased by his nephews, Michael and Jeff.
Robert was a 1976 graduate of Vineland High School. Upon graduation he worked with his father. As a talented woodworker he decided to forge his own path and opened Bob's Cabinets. Robert's superb workmanship is still on display on many of the finest homes in Vineland. After many years of self employment Robert spent the next twenty years working at Landis Sewerage Authority as a shift manager.
Robert earned the rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 10 and later became their scoutmaster. Scouting led to a life long love of the outdoors. Robert spent countless hours camping, fishing, skiing, and enjoying all the outdoors had to offer. He was a member of the Harley Owners Group and loved to be out on the open road.
You could always find Robert grilling sausage and peppers at the Saint Padre Pio festival where he had been an active member.
Robert was also a member of the North Italy Club and the Rec Club.
Robert will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
A private viewing was held for immediate family and a celebration of Robert's life will be held at a later date.
