On pleasant days, he delighted in being outdoors and tending to his garden. Watching the fruits of his labor grow brought him great satisfaction and every fall his goal was to grow a pumpkin bigger than the one from the year prior and he always succeeded. Additionally, Robert had a passion for professional wrestling; whether watching matches on television or attending live events when they came to town, he reveled in the excitement and spectacle of it all. Above all else, Bob treasured the time spent with his family and embraced every opportunity to be in their company.
