MORRISON
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert W. “Bobby” Morrison, age 73, who passed on November 15, 2025, in Vancrest of Urbana.
Born on July 14, 1952, in Columbus, Ohio, Bobby was a son of Roger and Betty Morrison. A 1970 graduate of London High School, he went on to build a long and dedicated career in customer service within the retail industry, where he was known for his friendly nature and genuine care for others.
Bobby was a fun-loving soul who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He had a deep love for movies and music, and he never missed a chance to laugh or make others laugh. His sense of humor and easygoing nature brought light into every room he entered.
Left to cherish his memory include his nephews Shawn and Cory Conrad; several cousins including Carol Yocom.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Roger and Betty, and sister Mary (Don) Conrad.
In accordance with Bobby’s wishes, he will be donated to the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, a final act reflecting his generosity and desire to help others. Private interment in Somerford Township Cemetery will be held at a later date.
Bobby will be fondly remembered for his warm heart, his infectious laughter, and the happiness he shared so freely with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories and smiles he leaves behind will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Memorials in Bobby’s name may be sent to benefit the Madison County Humane Society, 2020 State Route 142 NE, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162.
