Robert is survived by his mother Loraine, one son, Tommy Paul Mullins and three grandchildren, Brylee Duncan, Alexis Duncan and Bryson Duncan. He is also survived by two siblings, Loretta Maynard and William Morris Mullins and his nieces and nephews, Gabriel Maynard, Katelyn Cheek and Lauren Helsel.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 at the Warfield Chapel of the Callaham Funeral Home with Jimmy Maynard officiating. Friends may visit at the chapel on Friday starting at 11:00am until the time of services. Arrangements are under direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY
