Robert A. Ogbin

Rev. Pastor Robert (Bob) A. Ogbin 81, of Long Pond, passed away suddenly Monday evening, February 9, 2026, at his home.

Robert was born in Salem, New Jersey, on February 14, 1944, the son of the late Harry and Anna Ogbin. He graduated from Pennsville Memorial High School in New Jersey and honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He was a Vietnam Veteran, stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War and assigned to the USS REEVES (DLG-24/CG-24). Following his honorable discharge, Robert returned home and began his career as an electrician/mechanic. He later followed his calling to share the love of Jesus with the world, graduating from Hyles-Anderson College and entering the ministry. After retirement, he treasured time with his family and loved to tinker, build, and fix things - in every way, he was our own "Bob the Builder."

Surviving is his wife, Evelyn (Breen) Ogbin of Long Pond; his daughters, Evelyn Ysais and Tonya Ogbin. His legacy lives on in the faith he shared, the family he loved, and everyone he met. which will forever live on in our hearts.

Graveside funeral services with Navy military honors will be conducted on Tuesday February 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
