Robert Oscarson

Robert Kent Oscarson, father, grandfather and friend passed away of natural causes Thursday evening, June 26, 2025.
Although he was born in Lehi on April 18, 1947, Bob grew up and lived in Pleasant Grove for the majority of his life. His Parents were Robert August Oscarson and Betty Jean Burningham Oscarson. He was the 2nd of nine children.
He was raised on the farm milking cows and picking fruit. As he grew he developed a great love for the outdoors and hunting and fishing were some of his favorite pastimes.
Bob also had an affinity for art, which he most likely gained from his mother Betty. After graduating from Pleasant Grove High School, he served a LDS mission in the "Southern States Mission" of the late 60's.
It seemed that Bob had a knack for many things. He spent time as an antique dealer, managing hotels, landscaping and again in his later years returning to his art interests. (You can insert fishing and hunting anywhere among those things!)
Bob did marry Nancy Annette Lenhart and adopted her four children; Monty, Nina, Jenelle and RaDawn. They had two children while together; Sarah and Cameron, but were later divorced.
Although he never did remarry, he found joy in serving others and in his many hobbies, most of which were outdoors. In his later years, much of his time was spent doing temple work, which he loved. His love for the savior was very evident and was seen in the way he treated those around him. Bob will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Pleasant Grove Stake Center, 275 East 500 South, Pleasant Grove. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 9:00 - 10:45 am prior to the services. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
