Robert "Bob" Elmer Page, 81, of Epping, New Hampshire passed away at his home with his
wife nearby on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
Bob was born on February 11, 1944 in Newport RI to Elmer R. Page and Helen (Naegele) Page.
He grew up in New Bedford and attended Sacred Heart School, graduated from Holy Family
High School, received a BA from Stonehill College, an MA from Umass Amherst and an MEd
from Bridgewater State University.
In 1974 Robert married Donna Morency. They have three children : Madeleine Page, Theresa
Page and Jacqueline (Page) Meyers.
Bob enlisted in the U.S.Navy in 1967 and was stationed at the naval facility in Grand Turk.
During his service he received the National Defense Service Medal and was selected
Honorman of his company. He was honorably discharged in 1973.
Bob enjoyed working and was employed by various government agencies. He first worked as a
federal background investigator then moved into management development and training using
his teaching and writing skills. Bob worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services,
the Social Security Administration, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Pentagon. He worked for
Goal QPC and other private companies developing training and management programs.
Bob was physically active and enjoyed running, biking and swimming. He participated in
marathons and triathlons and was a lifeguard for several years. Bob took great pride in
maintaining the lawn of the several homes the family resided in during his working years.
Bob was predeceased by his parents Elmer R. Page and Helen T. Page. He is survived by his
wife Donna Page and his children Madeleine Page, Theresa Page and her husband Luke
Elsasser, Jacqueline Meyers and her husband Daniel Meyers, brother-in-law Peter Morency,
sister-in-law Jaye Morency, sister-in-law Regina Gay, and many cousins that he grew up with in
New Bedford.
Bob will be buried at the Bourne National Cemetery. Services are in planning and will be
private. The family appreciates your love and support.
