June 2, 1939 - September 10, 2025
Robert "Bob" Paice, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. He was 86 years old. Born on June 2, 1939, in Beckenham, Kent, England, Bob immigrated to the United States at the age of seven. He was a proud graduate of Edgewater High School, Class of 1957, and later earned a Bachelor's degree from Florida Southern College. Bob built a successful career in banking before retiring, but his true passions were vibrant and varied. A devoted car enthusiast and dealer, Bob had a keen eye for classics and a knack for fixing them up. He was also an avid traveler, antique collector, food lover, poker player, golfer, and auction-goer. On May 23, 1987, Bob married the love of his life, Virginia (Morris) Paice, and together they shared decades of laughter, adventure, and devotion. He was a proud father to Jason Paice, Alicia Spore (Heath), Kevin Still, and Brandon Still (Kristen). He was preceded in death by one son, Keith Still. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Amber, Tristen, Jonathon, Jacob, Logan, Austin, and Peyton, and one great-grandchild, Vincent. Bob is survived by his sister, Sheila Howell, and was preceded in death by his parents, William and Caroline Paice, and his sister, Irene Stolfi. Those who knew Bob will remember his zest for life, candid commentary, and jovial nature. He believed in living well and never passing up a good crab leg or glass of eggnog.
A memorial service to celebrate Bob's life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home, 1148 E Plant St, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
