Robert "Bob" David Parks passed away unexpectedly Saturday September 10th, 2025, at his residence. Bob was born March 7th, 1964, in East Palestine, OH to Carol Ann (Gingher) Parks and David Lynn Parks.
Bobs greatest joy was spending time with his kids. He also enjoyed watching football, especially the Green Bay Packers and The Ohio State Buckeyes, hunting, fishing and watching cooking shows. Bob loved to cook.
He is survived by his children, Madison Ann Parks and Hunter David Parks. He is also survived by his big sister, Pamela Ann Parks.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and grandparents.
