It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert J. Pascale "RJ", 27 years old on October 27, 2025, in
Stamford, CT.
RJ was born in Stamford on June 19,1998 and was the best Father's Day present from God. He is the beloved son of Marie and Robert Pascale and beloved brother to Matthew R. Pascale of
Stamford, CT.
RJ is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Caterina Pisano and his paternal grandmother, Ann Pascale. He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Achille Pascale. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Vincenza (Anthony) Genovese, Pasquale (Marianne) Pisano, Joseph (Enza) Pisano, Debra (Ralph) Straface, John (Mary) Pascale, Kim (Paulo) Freitas and numerous cousins in the US and Italy.
RJ graduated from Trinity Catholic High School in Stamford in 2016 where he earned academic honors and varsity letters in football and lacrosse. He volunteered with Backyard Humanitarian where he served food at the New Covenant Center soup kitchen, planted American flags at the local cemeteries for Memorial Day, also volunteering with Timothy Coppola Bike Helmet events, winter jacket drives and others. He volunteered with Al's Angels assembling Easter Baskets and Thanksgiving/Christmas food bins, and toy/wrapping drives providing support to children and families battling cancer, diseases and financial hardships.
RJ graduated from his dream university. He was awarded an academic scholarship for his 4 years at Penn State University where he graduated in 2020. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science in Economics along with a Smeal College Business Fundamentals Certificate. He studied abroad in Rome, Italy and traveled throughout Europe during his time. RJ was an adventurer, and no challenge was too great for him. He jumped out of an airplane, skydiving and skiing for the first time in Switzerland. RJ was also a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity (DKE) at Penn State.
He began his career with the Greenwich Police Department on April 18, 2022. He graduated from the New Britian Police Academy 19th training session. He was also a Connecticut and nationally certified EMT. From a young age he was driven to serve his community. He had a passion to help others with patience, respect, integrity and professionalism. RJ was family oriented, loved his friends and animals. RJ was a proud cat dad adopting Leo while in college.
RJ loved being a police officer and loved the brotherhood of the blue and the special bonds he formed with his colleagues especially Jack and "Papa" Shaw who were his academy classmates. He will always be remembered by his family, friends and colleagues for his infectious smile, laughter, huge heart and generosity.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, November 2nd from 2pm to 8pm at Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation, 453 Shippan Avenue,
Stamford, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 3rd at 10:30am at Church of St. Cecilia, 1184 Newfield Avenue,
Stamford, CT. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 1 High Street, Rye Brook, NY.
