Robert enjoyed golfing, cooking, woodworking, fishing, traveling, and spending time at the family cottage in Ontario, Canada. He moved to Melbourne Beach, Florida in 2014 where he enjoyed golfing regularly and became an avid supporter of the Sea Turtle Conservancy. He was a life-long learner, who enjoyed history and science and employed his creative problem-solving to every aspect of his life.

Bob has been a lifelong friend to both of us. In elementary school his family and Carol's family went to New York City and took a tour of the tv station that was broadcasting the Howdy Doody show. When there was only one seat left in the "peanut gallery", Bob very graciously gave Carol the opportunity to be in that seat! He was always very generous. Our families gathered together for many holidays, parties and picnics. As newlyweds we lived in the same neighborhood as Bob and Barb. We were welcomed warmly to their homes in Baltimore and Jacobus and Bob's home in Melbourne Beach. We have so many memories to cherish. God be with you, Tom, Stacy and your families.
