Robert Matthew Pavich, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away at the age of 90.

He was the devoted husband of Dolores Pavich (née Borosic) and a loving father of Jim (Kim) Pavich and Tom (Lisa) Pavich.

Robert was a cherished grandfather to Meagan (Kevin) Jacobsen, Kater (Nick) Anderson, Lindsay (Adam) Nolte, Lauren (Steven) Laduzinsky, Brittany Pavich, and Alyssa Pavich (fiancé Ryan De La Mater), and a proud great-grandfather to Owen, Gary, Chloe, Ava, Millie, and Kennedy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Louise Pavich, and his siblings: John (Mary) Pavich, Steve (Florence) Pavish, Mike (Catherine) Pavich, Joe (Amanda) Pavich, Peter (Joanne) Pavich, Nick (Rosemary) Pavich, Louise (Frank) Sterioti, Rose (Chuck) Lorenz, Mary (Marian) Dorich, Eve (Stan) Natonek, Ann (Ray) Christensen, and Kata Strilic.

He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from UOP after 25 years of dedicated service and was a longtime member of the Croatian Fraternal Union - Lodge 32, as well as Prijatelji Orchestra.

Robert was a true family man who loved golf, travel, and a good lamb roast. He will be remembered for his warmth, loyalty, and deep devotion to his family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 from 3pm to 8pm at Adolf & Powell Funeral Home, 7000 S Madison St, Willowbrook, IL 60527. Family and friends will meet on Saturday January 17, 2026 for a 10am Funeral Mass at St Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 4th and Clay St, Hinsdale, IL 60521. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the CFU Scholarship Foundation in memory of Robert Pavich; Mail donations to Croatian Fraternal Union, 100 Delaney Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
