Robert (Bob) W Pepper passed away October 26 at his home after a brave and courageous battle with
cancer. Bob was 70 years old and was born on Mar 1, 1953, along with his twin brother Joe. He was a
free spirit who lived each & every day to its fullest. Bob spent the last 6 months of life with his angel as
he called her, Debbie, striving to beat the odds and battle his way through illness with his remarkable
strength and desire to push forward. He also helped care for his brother Joe and he enjoyed working as
carpentry was one of his passions. He loved riding his motorcycle every spare moment through the
mountains around the area of his home.
The early years of Bob's life were spent with his family working the ranch and breaking horses in Utah
and Colorado. Bob later became a self-taught carpenter and was a brilliant architect that needed
nothing more than a pencil and paper to draw the plans of any structure with nothing more than a
picture or a verbal description. He built and remodeled many homes & establishments in the areas of
Colorado and Southern Utah. As a side job Bob was an auto mechanic who could fix anything with a
motor and his simplistic solutions to every problem. He was a kind, compassionate man, most of the
work he did on autos was just to help those in need or any of his friends.
Bob leaves behind his companion Debbie, 2 sons, Sheldon, and Jeremy, and daughter Misty, 5
grandchildren, sisters Laine and Donna & many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both
parents Bob and Joan, sister Patty, younger brother Ed and only recently his twin brother Joe. He will be
remembered as a caring, kind, funny and loyal friend, father, companion, uncle to many.
Bob was a friend with a radiant smile to all those he met, and a helping hand to everyone. He will be
greatly missed and spoken of often.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 4th at 1:00 pm at the Warehouse Kitchen & Bar,
432 N 100 W, Cedar City, Ut
