Robert Jack Phelps, 64, of East Sparta, passed away Sunday, May 11th, at Aultman Specialty Select Hospital. Born in Canton, on July 12, 1960, a son of the late Bobby and Renda (Castle) Phelps. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Delpha Phelps, and his sister, Vonda Stout. Survived by daughter Kelly (Bud) Mac; son Robert C. (DeeDee Scott) Phelps; their mother Rebecca Cordia; sister Delana Phelps; brother Gary (Diane) Phelps; grandson Travis Herman; as well as other loving family and friends. No services will be held at this time.
