Robert Lon "Tim" Reighard

Robert "Tim" Reighard, 73, of Canton, died Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at the Laurels of New London, after a lengthy illness. Born on March 3, 1951 in Canton, he was the son of the late Samuel and Martha (nee Goe) Reighard. Tim was a lifelong resident of Canton and a graduate of McKinley High School.
Tim retired from Republic Steel. In his younger years he enjoyed hunting and fishing but more recently he enjoyed spending time calling his friends and family and talking on the phone. Tim was known for his love of cooking which led to his other favorite pastime, his almost daily trip to Giant Eagle to go grocery shopping. He was also an avid sports fan especially the Cleveland Browns.
Survivors include his children, Sheila (Darrell) Howard, of Wellington, Heather Reighard, of Canton, Damian (Ashley) Reighard, of Massillon, and Walter (Brenda) Brunoni, of Uhrichsville; grandchildren, Dustin, Madison, Jujuan, Jordan, Dishawn, Kayleesha, Marisa, Serenity, Aryan, Ava, and Demetrios; 18 great grandchildren; and siblings Neva Janececk, Mary Freshour, Samuel Reighard, and Cori Brock. In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his wife, Belinda "Dee" Reighard, and a brother, James "Jim" Reighard.
