Robert Michael Reynolds

Age 52 of South St. Paul
Passed away at home in South St. Paul on August 17, 2024. Robert was a 1990 graduate of South St. Paul High School and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in River Falls, Wisconsin. He worked for over 28 years as a Real Estate agent licensed to serve clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida.
Robert's life paints a picture of a man deeply connected to his roots and the simple pleasures of life. He will be remembered as a man who was loyal to family and friends. He had a big heart and an infectious laugh and smile. He believed in God and enjoyed life to the fullest. He really liked the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing, the ocean, the river, the lake, the woods, camp fires and sunsets. He loved spending quality time with family and friends. He had a gift of hospitality where he made family and friends feel very special as he would spend hours preparing meals and grilling the food on low so we all could have more time together. In Robert's youth he was an athlete and participated in sports. He played hockey, baseball, football, and golf. He was very proud to compete two times with friends in the Boys State Hockey tournament. His legacy is a tapestry of love, laughter, nature, and the enduring bonds of friendship and family.
Robert was preceded in death by his father, Bob Reynolds; grandparents, Michael & Mary Locke, and Tom & Evelyn Reynolds. Robert is survived by his mother, Susan; his brother, Peter; sister-in-law, Jamie; and multiple nieces and nephews who adored their "Uncle Rob." (Ella, Brandon, Braylin, Alex, Olivia and great nephew Liam.)
A celebration of Robert's life will be held on Friday, September 13th at Roberts Funeral Home, 8108 Barbara Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, MN. Visitation is from 4:00pm – 5:45pm, and the service will be from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.
In his honor, the family requests donations in Robert's memory in the lieu of flowers.
