Bobby was born in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Marshall and MaryTom Rusk. He attended Wichita Falls High School before studying business at Midwestern State University. He spent his career in government data processing for the cities of Wichita Falls and Corpus Christi, and in Austin as data processing manager for Travis County, before retiring to Weatherford.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by Eva, his wife of nearly 65 years, his daughters Stephanie and Melanie (Brian), his six grandchildren Corwyn (Natalie), Landry, Pierce (Amalia), Kyle, Anna, and Jack, and four great-grandchildren.
An informal graveside service is scheduled for March 21 at 11:00 at Riverside Cemetery in Wichita Falls.
Bobby was passionate about and supported many wildlife and nature conservation organizations. Memorials can be made to a charity of your choice.
