Robert J. Secula, 82, of Easton, passed away on April 6, 2025 at Arden Courts of Old Orchard. Born on July 23, 1942, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Robert was the son of the late Elizabeth (Benedek) and Joseph Secula.
Robert was a 1960 graduate of Washington High School in New Jersey. He then went on to earn his bachelors and master's degrees from Farleigh Dickenson University, finding success as a left-handed pitcher for the college's baseball team. Robert became a tax accountant dedicating many years of his career to both PPL and Binney & Smith. He enjoyed tennis, archery, and building model trains. He had a love of baseball.
Robert was a devoted family man, cherished husband, and father. He is survived by his beloved wife of over fifty years, Beverly Secula; his daughters, Jessica Dietl and her husband Mark, Stephanie Barnes and her husband Tim, and Melanie Krablin and her husband Austin. He took immense pride in being a Pop-Pop to Jacob, Zachary, Emily, Addison, Anna, and Lucas. Robert is also survived by his brother, Richard Secula.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.
