LIMA -- Robert (Bob) Allen Seebach, Sr., 87, passed away on July 16, 2025 at Shawnee Manor Nursing Home in Lima, Ohio. Bob was born on June 16, 1938 in Marion, Ohio to the late Glenn Allen and Gracie Marie (Miller) Seebach. On November 4, 1994 Bob married his loving wife, Judith Seebach who survives.
Bob attended Lima Senior High School, graduating in 1956 and retired from Ford Motor Company after working 40 years. Bob enjoyed watching Ohio State and Notre Dame football games, visiting casinos and traveling.
Bob is also survived by his son Scott (Jen) Seebach, daughter Kate Heckler, daughter-in-law Vicky Williams Seebach, two step granddaughters Marley and Kylie Jones, three grandsons Chad (Rose) Heckler, Cameron Seebach and Robert Seebach III, two step children Robert (Cathy) Snider and Susan (David) Hosey, and several great grandchildren.
Bob was preceded in death by his son Robert Seebach, Jr. and two sisters Jennie Treadway and Betty Gumm.
The family would like to thank Shawnee Manor Nursing Home and St. Rita's Hospice for all their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donors choice.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home, Lima, Ohio. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Rev. Lori Wright will officiate.
