Robert Shuman Obituary
Phillip Shuman, age 66, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at his home. He was born in Reidsville on September 21, 1958 to Buddy and Myrtice Oliver Shuman. Phillip had lived in Michigan for 21 years and then in Hawaii for 25 years. He moved back to Reidsville in 1998. He had worked at Lowes and Dollar General for several years. Phillip loved listening to music.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Phillip is survived by his mother, Myrtice Cox of Reidsville; his brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Judith Shuman of Bulloch County; his sister, Patty Shuman Mills of Jacksonville, FL and his niece Jessica (Willie) O’Neal.
Memorial funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial with Dr. Charles Jonas officiating.
Memorials may be given to Low Country Cremation and Burial for the funeral expenses.
Low Country Cremation and Burial has the honor to serve the family of Phillip Shuman.
