Robert J. Siebert, age 80, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, December 8, 2025 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born November 8, 1945 in Connersville, Indiana he was the son of the late Robert W. & Clydia (Hughes) Siebert. He was a United States Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. On June 22, 1969 he was united in marriage to the former Mary Beth Wolff, and she survives.

Bob was retired, having worked at the former GTE/Verizon for over 27 years. He also was a bus driver for the Franklin County Community School Corporation for 15 years. In his leisure time he enjoyed attending his grandchildren's activities and welding and tinkering in his garage workshop.

He was a 57 year member of the Bernard Hurst Post #77 of the American Legion where he had served on the Firing Squad for many years.

Besides Mary Beth his loving wife of over 56 years, survivors include two children, Brian Siebert and Beth (Doug) Ralph all of Brookville; three grandchildren, Lillian Ralph, Evan Ralph, and Olivia Ralph; one brother, Gary (Connie) Siebert of Brookville, Indiana; a brother-in-law, Ron Shell of Albany, Wisconsin.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Shell who died October 18, 2021; as well as his mother & father-in-law, Bill & Betty Wolff.

Family & friends may visit from 12 until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Brookville United Methodist Church, 150 East 8TH Street, Brookville.

Pastor Steve Rundel will officiate the Funeral Service at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Brookville United Methodist Church. Burial with full military graveside honors by the Bernard Hurst Post #77 of the American Legion will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville.
