He is survived by his wife: Beverly Colvin Smith, one daughter: Ashley Bell (Gary) and two step-daughters: Jennifer Johnson (John) of Campbellsville and Joy Cox (Todd) of Elizabethtown, five sisters: Rebecca Carrico, Regina Carrico, Faye Smith (Roy) , all of Springfield, Sarah Frances Jones of Louisville, three brothers: Joe Murray Smith (Imelda) of Warner Robbins, Georgia, Albertus Smith (Linda) of Cox’s Creek and Bernard Smith (Rosemary) of Louisville, , six grandchildren: Gage and Braxton Tucker and Addison Bell of Campbellsville, Alli Wells (Travis), Malorie and Makenna Cox of Elizabethtown, , many nieces and nephews, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
