Robert Lewis Snyder

Robert went in the arms of Jesus February 18 at age 77. He was born October 4,1948 in Clearfield and was the son of the late Robert and Elva (Leigey) Snyder of Hyde. He attended Clearfield High School. Robert was a member of the Tice United Methodist Church of Fort Myers, FL where there will be a memorial service in his honor. Robert served in the U.S. Army Battery B, 2nd Air Defense in Korea and Okinawa. On September 7, 2012 he married Augustina (Tina) Aguiman.

Robert was employed by Kodak in Massachusetts for 30 years. He was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.

Robert is survived by his wife Tina of Fort Myers, his son Justin Corriveau and his wife Marija and his 1 1/2 year old granddaughter Robin Evelyn of New Hampshire, Nancy Smith of Arizona, Janet E. Mills and her husband Darrel of West Decatur, Sally (Mandy) Hauptner and her husband Ned of Brockway and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother James Snyder.

Interment will be at the Gillingham Cemetery, LeContes Mills.

Military Honors will be accorded at the Gillingham Cemetery.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Clearfield American Legion and Clearfield Veterans of Foreign Wars F. Michael Sicks Post #1785 Honor Guard or the charity of one's choice.
