Bob, of New Berlin, WI, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, at the age of 70. His wife Judy of 42 years was at his side.

Bob was born on October 24, 1955, in Racine, WI to Ken and Shirley Sullivan. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandpa ("Boba"), uncle, friend, coach, and Packer fan. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Bob grew up in Racine surrounded by many cousins. He went on to study Journalism at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He spent his career in the print industry ultimately owning his own business selling print and promotional products. Bob was also a part owner of a minor league football team, the Cedar Rapids Titans.

Collecting sports memorabilia was Bob's passion. From a very early age he spent hours sorting and preserving baseball cards.

Bob loved being a "girl dad". He instilled his love for sports in his daughters. He brought them to card shows, coached their teams, and bought them sports themed gifts for every Christmas and birthday.

Bob is survived by his wife Judy Sullivan; his daughters Kara Mlachnik (Dean Mlachnik), Amanda Ruekert (Daniel Ruekert), and Kelli Sullivan (Robin Seemangal); and his grandchildren Jaxon, Grayson, Kensley, Josephine, Reagan and Henry. He was preceded in death by his parents and his best friend and college roommate Dan Naughton. Bob and Dan were proud Badger football season ticket holders for 44 years.

Lastly, the family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to his wonderful caregivers, Erin, Elizabeth and Cheri, for their compassion and support.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at HOLY APOSTLES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 16000 W National Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151 at 9:00 AM until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org) or to the Holy Apostles School Athletics Program (https://www.hanbschool.org/athletics) in Bob's memory.
