Robert Szczesny Obituary
Age 93 of Granville, Ohio, formerly of Buffalo, died 10:26 AM, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Tuscany Gardens in Pataskala, Ohio. He was born Saturday, November 7, 1931, in Buffalo, the son of Wojiech Szczesny and Anastasia (Dressler) Szczesny. He married Gail (Wem) Szczesny on Saturday, May 28, 1955, and was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Bob served his country as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Bob was a good father to his family and found his greatest joy in his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed playing cribbage and would always lend a hand to anyone who needed it. Graveside Services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, March 10, 2025, in Woodlawn Cemetery, Orchard Park, New York. To Gail and Family, We are sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. I worked with Bob on the night shift at MSW for many years. He was a great man and I will always remember to his way of training me in the gas business and his support as Kathy and I stared in our married life. He was a great influence in shaping our lives. You and Bob were a great example of a loving family. I am sure your family will support you in this hard time. We send our love to all. keeping you all in our prayers.

My condolences to the family. I'm sad to hear of Bob's death. He'has been a strong man through many adversities. But even stronger was his faith, that carried him through the last decade, and into God's promised eternity. We leave him, as ever, in Jesus' strong, capable hands.
