Bob & Barb were like 2nd parents to me & my brother David Schmus, growing up on Benjamin. Our families were always busy at each others house or at post 459. I will always remember both of them as very special neighbors & friends. God bless him, Barb & family.

Bob was a favorite of many staff at Holland Home. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always sure to let us know, no matter what he was going through, that "Life is good." It was obvious that Bob was a huge people person. He loved to chat and tell us stories and was always a gentleman. It won't be the same here without him!
